For this Digital design project the objective was to create 2 produce crate labels! The project needed a type of produce, tag line, company name and or slogan! I went with Helotes corn for the obvious play on words! Corn, Corn!

So the idea for my Fiesta Poster was to do two posters focusing on Fiesta's Battle of The Flowers Parade!

This years Fiesta was a weird one for sure! I started working part time for South West Parades! This is the main company that designs and creates most of the parade floats for two of Fiesta's parades! The dirty work messed up my hands but seeing the end result was worth it!  I worked on my Fiesta Project for Digital Design the same time that Southwest Parades was putting the finishing touches on it's floats.
                             

                                                                    

                                                                        

Neon Sign in Motion

First project was to recreate and create a Neon Sign! The main way of accomplishing

the glowing effect was to manipulate the outer glow of a layer!

Jester Drawing

My Digital Imaging Professor’s goal for the class was to learn to use Photo shop as an artist’s tool as apposed to just a way to manipulate photos. The picture below is a “Jester Drawing” of a plastic animal I picked from the bucket-o-animals.

Practice with Layers

This was an in class practice and the very first time I used layers in Adobe Photoshop!

This was the first Rodeo poster I did but I did. I started the first one I posted last because I felt this one just was not working for me so I simplified and went for less is more!

The 2011 San Antonio Rodeo

I produced two Rodeo posters for my Digital Imaging class! The first one was not as good as I would have liked but once I got used to using multiple layers (in Adobe Photo Shop CS 5) the second poster was much better!
